John Cratchley I remember seeing Bloodcount play at Leeds Irish Centre about this time…the band very nearly outnumbered the audience… but it was one of the best gigs (out of very many) I ever saw and the band were terrific…on fire…25 years ago!! Who says you can’t time travel? This rediscovered recording took me right back…what a find! Thanks Tim…Love & Respect.

Giles I listened to this on a bus ride the other day and at one point the heaviest and funkiest drum beat I'd ever heard emerged behind a Tim Berne solo. I dunno what track it was (just like if I'd been there live?) but anyway buy this and find that moment for yourself, satisfaction guaranteed!!

Jonathan Pryor No lie! The recording quality on both these albums SUPERB! (My #2 is Mr. Johnson's Blues. The drums RIP on that tune! Favorite track: The Opener.

Eric Devin Wow! Tim's not kidding about the sound -- check out the detail on the drum solo on "Bro Ball." Burn it to CD or stream to a stereo -- currently have this on my system and the clarity/mix is excellent.

about

Wow…I should clean more often!
I think this is the best sounding and best musically of all the live bloodcount recordings.
Apparently it was in witness protection till now on ADAT
Anyway,it’s being liberated now with 2 sets quartet and 2 sets with Marc Ducret.
Hallelujah!
Each 2 hour download is being sold separately.
Thanks for checking it out!
